ABERDEEN, Wash. (AP) – Authorities are investigating the drowning of a toddler in an Aberdeen pool.
The Daily World reports a 2 1/2-year-old child was found unresponsive in a swimming pool on Monday afternoon.
The Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office says the child died at Grays Harbor Community Hospital.
The sheriff’s office says early investigation shows the toddler climbed some stairs to the pool and fell in.
The sheriff’s office says the child was out of view of the adults who were there when it happened.
