PORT ANGELES – A Port Angeles man who police say grabbed a woman in a church nursery will spend five years in prison.
45-year-old David Giddings will also have one year of community custody after pleading guilty to a felony violation of a domestic violence protection order.
The case stems from July last year, when police say Giddings entered a church nursery occupied by the female victim and children. Reports say he shouted, swore at her, and forcefully grabbed her in violation of a domestic violence protection order.
Giddings has a long list of previous felony convictions including drugs, arson, burglary, escape and eluding pursing police officers.
