VANCOUVER, Wash. – If you have a Washington driver’s license, congratulations.

According to the law firm Siegfried and Jensen, it’s the toughest driver’s license to get in the whole country.

The law firm ranked the tests in every state, taking into consideration things like the handbooks, the number of questions on each test, and how many maneuvers were required in the skills test.

Washington ranked number 1 with 80 out of 100 on the firm’s difficulty score. The study also shows that at $85, it costs more to get a driver’s license in Washington than in any other state.
