EVERETT, Wash. – Three years after a young Snohomish County man went missing and nearly a year after his detached foot washed ashore on Jetty Island, detectives are renewing their call for help from the public in determining what happened to him.

According to KOMO News, Antonio Neill was last seen on December 12, 2016, at a residence on Cedar Street in Everett. Throughout the investigation, detectives learned that Neill was involved in a physical altercation the night of his disappearance.

Neill was 22 years old at the time of his disappearance and is now presumed dead.

His foot was found inside a boot by people who were walking along the beach on New Year’s Day 2019. They called 911 and detectives recovered the foot, which apparently had been in the water for some time before washing up on shore. Testing confirmed that it was Neill’s.

At the time of his disappearance, Neill was described as homeless, with a history of depression. His vehicle was found in Lynnwood shortly after he was reported missing.
