MOSES LAKE, Wash. – A man suspected of kidnapping a teenager in Texas has been tracked down and arrested in Moses Lake. The victim was found safe.

Last week, authorities got word that Andres Hernandez, who had a kidnapping warrant out of San Antonio, and a 16-year-old victim were somewhere in the Grant County area. On Monday, a Moses Lake K-9 dog was able to sniff out Hernandez’s car in Moses Lake.

The teenage victim was found nearby and appeared to be unharmed, according to police. Authorities say the victim’s parents had plans to come to the area from San Antonio to pick up their daughter.
