LAKE SUTHERLAND – A 19-year-old motorcycle rider was hurt when a car turned in front of him near Lake Sutherland.

About 4:45 Sunday afternoon, Mathew Beston of Neah Bay crashed into a car making a left-hand turn into Granny’s Restaurant on Highway 101.  The car contained a family from Duval, WA. One passenger was injured and treated at the scene and released.

The crash shut down the highway for more than an hour and a half.
