FORKS — A single-vehicle accident near Forks has left multiple people dead or in critical condition. 

About 4:20 Saturday morning, Clallam County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the collision on mile five of the Sitkum-Solduc Road, just outside of Forks, Washington.

A preliminary report from responders reveals the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. 

The vehicle involved was a dark colored Chevy truck. According to the sheriff’s office two 18 year old males were killed in the accident.
The sheriff’s office has identified those involved in the crash as: Jaden Lohrengel, 18-year-old old driver, and Tyler Ellis, 18 year old front-seat passenger both pronounced deceased on scene.  A 17-year old unidentified female back-seat passenger was pronounced deceased at a Seattle hospital.  Ariel Morales Sandoval, 19 year old male, and Gyovanna Morales, 19 year old female, are currently in a Seattle area hospital.

The  victims were all residents of the city of Forks, The Sheriff’s Office Traffic Accident Investigations Unit is continuing their investigation.

Alcohol and vehicle speed are suspected to be factors in this collision.
