Port Angeles – Tidepools, Peninsula College’s annual literary and arts magazine, is open for submissions from residents of Clallam and Jefferson counties. Local creators are encouraged to submit their original artwork, photography, poetry, short stories, and music for a chance to win cash prizes and have their work published in the 2025 issue.
First-place winners in each category will receive cash prizes and guaranteed publication in the magazine, set to release in June.
There is an entry fee for non-college students. Youth entries are $5, adult entries are $7.50, and submissions from currently enrolled PC students are free.
Tidepools has been a cornerstone of the North Olympic Peninsula arts community for six decades, showcasing the creative talents of local artists and writers since 1964.
Submissions must be submitted online or postmarked by Friday, January 17. Winners will be announced in March.
