Cocoa With Critters! Day 3- Seashell Shell-ebration

What’s colorful, comes in all shapes and sizes, and can be both a home and a hiding spot? Seashells! Preschoolers (ages 3–5) can explore the wonderful world of shells through a special storytime featuring the book Seashells: More Than a Home by Melissa Stewart and Sarah S. Brannen. Together, we’ll learn how shells protect, disguise, and help animals move through the ocean!

After our story, little learners can get hands-on by decorating their own “shell” craft to take home and searching our exhibits for different types of shells.

This one hour event will take place on December 17 at 10 AM, but space is limited, so register soon! To help cover the cost of supplies registration is $5 per child with one free adult included in the admission price of each child. Each additional adult is $6. FREE for Members.
