Join Ridgeline Homecare Cooperative for the first session of the Aging Well at Home Community Learning Series.

This free community workshop is designed for older adults, family members, caregivers, friends, neighbors, and anyone interested in helping loved ones remain safe and independent at home.

During this one-hour session we’ll discuss:
• What ADLs and IADLs are—and why they matter
• Early signs that someone may benefit from additional support
• Common home safety concerns
• How small changes can help someone remain independent longer
• Practical tips for starting conversations before there’s a crisis

No medical background is needed, and there will be plenty of time for questions.
