Part of the fun of listening to radio is the opportunity to win prizes. Unless otherwise
specified, these rules apply to all RPI contests.
Contestants must be legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older.
No purchase is necessary to win.
By participating in any RPI contest, participants agree to be bound by decisions of RPI
personnel.
RPI retains all rights in determining winners, interpreting rules ambiguities and resolving any disputes and the RPI decisions will be final. RPI may waive any of these rules at its
sole discretion.
If the conduct or outcome of any contest is affected by an act of nature, human error or
mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event
beyond the control of RPI, RADIO PACIFIC INC reserves the right to terminate the
contest.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
Those awarded a prize greater than $600 in value will be issued a W9 to receive a 1099 form for tax purposes.
By participating, all participants and winners automatically grant the station permission
to use their names, voices, photos and likenesses for promotional purposes.
RPI contest-specific rules will be announced on-air, posted at entry locations and
registration points, at MyClallamCounty.com or can be requested via mail with a self-
addressed, stamped envelope.
Detailed all-encompassing RPI contest rules will always be available at
MyClallamCounty.com, in the RPI public file and via mail by request.
