PORT ANGELES – The new owner of a landmark property on the Port Angeles waterfront is moving ahead with changes to the property.
Seattle businessman Erik Marks bought the Landing Mall in March. Since that time he’s been working on getting the building a facelift on the outside, and some fresh new tenants on the inside:
There’s one tenant Marks is still trying to woo, and he’s asking for the public’s help in doing so. He’s talking to a fourth generation arcade owner, who had a business on the Seattle waterfront for years, but was forced out due to construction projects. That arcade owner has since set up shop in Bremerton. It would have a free birthday party room and all the bells and whistles you would expect in a family-friendly arcade.
