PORT ANGELES – Police arrested a man yesterday after a brief stand off in Port Angeles.
Thirty-nine-year-old Keizer Brown was arrested when he eventually came out of the house he was in in the 1600 block of west 7th Street near “K” Street.

Viada says Brown had an outstanding, no-bail felony warrant and was booked into the Clallam County jail.
