CLALLAM COUNTY – The Clallam County Sheriff’s Office is actively looking for a non-compliant registered sex offender, Guy Jay Ralph Jr.
Officials went to check in on him at his registered address in Clallam Bay and found that he’d moved about a month after his last check up.
Ralph’s failure to notify the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office of his new address is a violation of state law. His whereabouts are unknown but he is believed to be in the Port Angeles area.
Guy Ralph was convicted of Sexual Abuse in the 2nd Degree in 1998 in Jackson County Oregon. The victim was an 18 year old female acquaintance. Ralph is a level 2 sex offender posing a moderate risk to re-offend.
Anyone with information about Ralph’s location is requested to contact local law enforcement.
