PORT ANGELES — Clallam PUD commissioners have made their pick to fill a vacancy on the board.
David Anderson will fill out the term of Hugh Haffner. Haffner resigned this summer due to health reasons.
Anderson lives in Port Angeles. He is a former project manager for Seattle City Light and has taught at the University of Washington and was once a building inspector.
He was one of fourteen people who applied for the vacant position to represent the PUD in the central portion of Clallam County.
