PORT ANGELES – A man who boarded a boat and threatened to kill the owner in Port Angeles, has been sent to prison for seven years.
56-year-old David Hoffman was sentenced this month after pleading guilty to burglary, assault and harassment-threatening to kill.
He was arrested last October after Port Angeles police and federal agents were called to reports of a man armed with a knife on a boat near the Landing Mall demanding money.
