(KOMO NEWS) Seahawk Bobby Wagner kicked off the holiday spirit of giving at a West Seattle grocery store this week when he picked up the tab for all the customers in the store.

Wagner was at the Admiral Safeway in West Seattle on Tuesday afternoon. He was helping pack Thanksgiving Day meals for people living in Seattle’s tiny homes, managed by the Low Income Housing Institute.

Witnesses at the store tell KOMO News that Wagner opted to take his good will a little further. Before he left, Wagner offered to pay for customers’ groceries for 30 minutes. The spree began around 3:45 p.m.

Safeway did not confirm how much the bill ended up being.
