SEQUIM – The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe submitted their Permit Application to the City of Sequim to build their proposed 15,000 square foot Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT) Center, or Healing Center.
Included is a Design Review with a complete set of drawings and site plans.
The move puts to rest any notion that a vocal opposition to its location in Sequim might discourage the Tribe’s plans.
Opponents of the out-patient clinic on Wednesday of this week presented their views to State Senator Kevin Van De Wege and Representatives Mike Chapman and Steve Tharinger at a listening session in the Sequim City Council chambers.
