OLYMPIA – Gov. Inslee on Tuesday issued guidance for restaurants that can resume dine-in services under Phase 2 of his plan laid out last week.
Most notable among the new temporary regulations is that restaurants offering table service will have create a daily log of all customers, including telephone or email contact information to assist any contact tracing that might need to occur.
They will also have to supply hand sanitizer at entry points for all staff and patrons, tables will have to be placed far enough apart to ensure dine-in guests are seated a minimum of 6 feet away from others, and buffets and salad bars will not be permitted.
