PORT ANGELES – Clallam County has reported its 250th case of COVID-19 since March.
Saturday morning, Clallam Health officials added another positive case. The addition also pushed the county out of the low risk category and is at moderate risk under the state’s metrics. Clallam has a case rate of 26 per 100,000 population over the past two weeks.
There are currently 12 active cases in Clallam County. One county resident is hospitalized outside of the county and also contracted COVID-19 in another county. That case still counts towards Clallam County’s statistics.
