PORT ANGELES – The McKinley Paper Mill in Port Angeles is hiring, effective immediately. At least 6 people are needed to begin training to work on the paper line, and there are also positions ready to fill in the accounting department.
Human Resource Manager Peter Johnson says they recently got the second machine up and running, producing packaging material for Amazon and other shipping companies, and are ready to expand the team.
Applicants will need to pass a drug test and physical assessment exam.

The McKinley Mill currently employs 140 people, and Johnson says that on December 14 they celebrated the facility’s 100th birthday with a catered employee party.
