SEATTLE (AP) — An Edmonds man has pleaded guilty to possessing Molotov cocktails that he used to set fire to Seattle police vehicles during a May protest that turned violent.
According to the plea agreement, 20-year-old Kelly Jackson made the devices after researching how on the internet.
He faces up to 10 years in prison on each of the two counts of possession of a destructive device when he’s sentenced on March 29.
