State Troopers reported a one car fatal accident occurred on SR 112 near Vert Road Friday.
Trooper Chelsea Hodgson says 41-year-old Steven Warren of Forks was heading eastbound when he went off the roadway to the right, over-corrected, crossed the road and collided with a tree.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers say the roadway was fully blocked or had alternating traffic for over 3 hours.
