PORT ANGELES – A longtime former editor and publisher of the Peninsula Daily News has passed away.
Frank Ducceschi died Friday afternoon. He was 77.
According to reports from his wife, Frank had been undergoing dialysis treatments, but was unable to get full treatment last week due to failing health issues.
