JOYCE, Wash. – Family and friends of 32-year-old Kevin Richter of Port Angeles are searching for him since his disappearance last Thursday.
Richter’s bicycle and his phone were found along a road in a heavily forested area between Joyce and Crescent Beach.
Kevin Richter is 5’8” tall, 180 pounds. Last seen Thursday around 11:30 am around the Crescent Beach area. Thought to be wearing Carhartt pants with a camouflage hooded sweatshirt.
We reached out to the Clallam County Sherriff’s Office for comment but had not heard back by airtime.
