SEKIU – Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the theft of an estimated $84,000 worth of items from a property in the Sekiu area.
Deputies were dispatched around 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday this week to a residence located along the 14000 block of Highway 112.
The victim of the burglary, who lives outside the area, reported the thieves stole a 1999 F-250, maroon or burgundy in color, a 30-foot Forest River Wildcat travel trailer, and a flatbed trailer loaded with a Kubota tractor with an auger attachment.
Also taken during the break-in were an HP laptop, a Stihl chain saw, a Honda Generator and a black Ruger 38 revolver.
Clallam County Detectives are actively investigating the case and request any information from the public regarding the Sekiu burglary.
