JOYCE, Wash. – We learned Friday that on May 26, at about 1:00 pm, the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office got a report from a Joyce resident that someone shot and killed 10 of her Alpacas the night before. A veterinarian was called to the scene and confirmed the Alpacas were killed with a small caliber weapon.

The Sheriff’s Office is conducting a felony investigation of Animal cruelty in the first degree. The investigation is ongoing, but if you have any information regarding this incident, they ask that you please report it to dispatch at 360-417- 2459 (option 1).
