
CLALLAM COUNTY – A Forks woman was killed in a two-car collision Thursday morning.
Washington State Trooper Brandon Johanson reports that 39-year-old Jeanetta Stoudmire was driving on SR 110 near mile post 2 when she lost control of her vehicle, crossed the center line, and collided with an oncoming pickup.
Stoudmire, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The condition of the driver of the pickup, a 55-year-old Forks man, was not listed.
The cause of the accident was listed as driving too fast for conditions.
