PORT ANGELES – The Clallam County Economic Development Council Friday night honored local businesses, non-profits and individuals for efforts to improve the community.
At it’s annual gala held at Field Arts and Events Hall, the EDC announced its 2023 champion awards.
Sean Coleman, Lincoln Park BMX Track President and Track Operator received the individual award.
The non-profit of the year went to Habitat for Humanity of Clallam County. The were chosen from anonymous nominations announced earlier this year.
And we at Radio Pacific were honored with the business champion award. In addition to Newsradio KONP, we also operate radio stations KSTI and KZQM in our area as well as the myclallamcounty.com news and information site.
Friday night’s gala also featured a keynote address from Seattle Seahawks sideline reporter Jen Mueller echoing the night’s theme of “Competing Together, Winning Together.”
