PORT ANGELES — An arrest warrant was issued Friday by Clallam Superior Court for 39-year-old Tommy Dean Gamboa of Sequim. Gamboa is facing charges of theft and violating contractor licensing rules after skipping a court appearance, according to court records.
Court documents say Gamboa took money from several people for contracting jobs but didn’t finish—or even start—the work. He’s also not a registered contractor, which is required by state law.
The victims have all filed complaints with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. Authorities are now looking to arrest Gamboa.
