PORT ANGELES – Calling all event organizers.
The City of Port Angeles has announced the 2025 Lodging Tax Grant Application period has begun. Qualified organizations are invited to submit proposals for activities and projects that increase and promote Port Angeles’ tourism industry.
The funds for these grants are derived from a portion of lodging tax revenues collected from visitors who stay in our city’s hotels, short term rentals and other accommodations.
Those interested should complete the 2025 Lodging Tax Grant Application by 5 p.m. on October 18. A review of the proposals by the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee has been tentatively scheduled for November 13.
