Peninsula Dispute Resolution Center names new exec

PORT ANGELES — The Peninsula Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC) has appointed Mary Irwin as its new Executive Director. With 15 years at the organization, starting as a volunteer mediator in 2009 and most recently serving as Program Director, Irwin brings extensive experience in conflict resolution.

PDRC provides mediation services for personal, family, and workplace disputes, as well as conflict coaching, youth programs, and group facilitation in Clallam and Jefferson Counties. The center also runs specialized programs, including housing stability support and voluntary mediation for law enforcement.

Irwin plans to expand services and enhance community outreach, particularly for youth. “It’s an honor to lead PDRC and continue supporting our community,” she said.

Board President Mark Hodgson said, “Mary’s knowledge and passion make her the perfect choice to guide PDRC’s future growth.”
