PORT ANGELES – A Port Angeles woman was taken into custody this week after being found slumped over her steering wheel in possession of a large amount of narcotics.
On Monday, October 7 at about 7:20 a.m., a citizen reported there was a female in a running car parked in front of the Grocery Outlet in Port Angeles who appeared to be “nodding off.”
Deputies responded to find 41-year-old Rachel Robecker of Port Angeles in her vehicle with drug paraphernalia in plain view and arrested her for DUI.
Deputies were granted a search warrant for Rachel’s vehicle and recovered over 80 grams of fentanyl, 110 grams of meth, and assorted drug use paraphernalia.
Robecker was booked on two counts of possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, plus the DUI.
