PORT ANGELES – The Port Angeles School District announced this week that Kindergarten Registration for the next school year opened on Monday. Families with children who will be five years old on or before September 1 this year are encouraged to begin the registration process as soon as possible.
Registration packets are available at each elementary school or may be downloaded online at portangelesschools.org. Completed packets should be returned to the child’s assigned school.
Parents who are unsure which school their child will attend can call the PASD office at 360-457 8575.
To register, families will need proof of the child’s age and legal name, such as from a birth certificate or passport, and immunization records, or an exemption form.
