Port Angeles Man Sentenced to 15 Years for Armed Robbery at Dollar Tree

PORT ANGELES — A Port Angeles man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a 2024 armed robbery at a local Dollar Tree store.

Justin J. Radisich pleaded guilty Wednesday in Clallam County Superior Court to two counts of first-degree robbery with firearm enhancements, both class A felonies. Judge Simon Barnhart sentenced him to 180 months in prison, followed by 18 months of community custody.

The charges stem from a March 18, 2024, incident during closing hours, when Radisich entered the store with a firearm, held two employees at gunpoint, and demanded money. He fled the scene in a stolen vehicle after the employees complied.

Following an investigation by the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Investigation Bureau, Radisich was identified and later charged by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. He was initially charged with unlawful possession of a firearm in the second degree and possession of a stolen vehicle, in addition to the robbery counts.

As part of the sentence, Radisich was ordered to register as a felony firearm offender upon release. Lifetime protection orders were issued to prevent future contact with the two store employees.
