PORT ANGELES — A 30-year-old man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a 2024 armed robbery at a Port Angeles Dollar Tree store.
Justin J. Radisich pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree robbery with a firearm enhancement and was sentenced Thursday in Clallam County Superior Court. His sentence includes 120 months for the robbery charges, an additional 60 months for using a firearm, and 18 months of community custody following his release.
The charges stem from a March 18, 2024 robbery at the Dollar Tree on East Highway 101. Prosecutors say Radisich, wearing a disguise and armed with a gun, entered the store around 8 p.m. and held two employees at gunpoint, demanding they open the safe. About $1,900 in cash was taken before Radisich fled in a vehicle that had been reported stolen earlier that day.
The getaway vehicle was later abandoned near a business on Oakridge Drive, where Radisich reportedly stole a jacket before fleeing on foot.
Authorities say Radisich was identified through surveillance footage, DNA evidence, and public tips. He was arrested in Bellingham on February 27, 2025, just two days after an arrest warrant was issued.
