SEQUIM — Here’s a rare opportunity for property owners in the City of Sequim.
Sequim’s Community and Economic Development Department announced Wednesday it is currently accepting applications from private property owners to apply for a different land use designation and zoning.
They’re offering this opportunity as part of the City’s 2025 Comprehensive Plan Update process. But time is running out.
Applications will be only be accepted until June 20 at 4:00 p.m.
