Port Angeles — Registration is now open for the annual Port Angeles Turkey Trot, coming up on Thanksgiving Day.
Brought to you by the Port Angeles Marathon Association, participants are invited to Run, Walk & Gobble along the Olympic Discovery Trail in this family-friendly 5K and 10K route. Whether you’re running, walking, or pushing a stroller, the Turkey Trot is a joyful way to start Thanksgiving Day while supporting the Port Angeles Food Bank.
Each registration includes a commemorative medal and a long-sleeve race shirt, and proceeds from the event directly benefit the Food Bank.
Participants can also boost their impact through donation-based discounts: a $50 donation to the Food Bank = $10 off your race entry. A $100 donation = $20 off race entry, and a $200 donation = FREE race entry.
It all begins at 9:00am on Thanksgiving Day at Hollywood Beach in Port Angeles. The 5K & 10K are out-and-back courses.
