PORT ANGELES — The Olympic Medical Center Foundation is celebrating a record-breaking year for the Festival of Trees. The 2025 event brought in $181,000, the highest total in the fundraiser’s 35-year history.
One of the biggest highlights came at Friday night’s Gala, where the top-selling tree — “The Enchanted Ballroom,” designed by Staci Politika — went for $7,500.
The Foundation also honored Dr. Mark Fischer with the 2025 Littlejohn Award, recognizing his long support of Olympic Medical Center and his service as president of the Foundation’s board.
This year’s Festival stretched from the Tuesday before Thanksgiving through the holiday weekend, featuring Opening Ceremonies, Teddy Bear Teas, the Senior Breakfast, the Gala, and Family Days.
