SEQUIM — A Sequim couple has been arrested in connection with a residential burglary and more than $4,700 in fraudulent credit and debit card charges.
The Clallam County Sheriff’s Office says a woman reported her home burglarized in December after noticing missing firearms, jewelry and a laptop. Investigators say 43-year-old Jennifer Zuspan was hired to help with chores and later involved her husband, 34-year-old Damien Boneclub.
The victim later discovered unauthorized charges at several businesses, including Costco and Safeway. Surveillance video allegedly shows the suspects using stolen bank cards.
Zuspan faces multiple theft and identity theft charges. Boneclub is charged with eight counts of first-degree identity theft and theft. Both were arrested early Wednesday near the Deer Park Rest Area and booked into the Clallam County Jail.
