
PORT ANGELES — Authorities are investigating a suspicious death in the Deer Park Road area of Port Angeles.
Deputies with the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched around 7:22 Saturday morning to the 6300 block of Deer Park Road after receiving a report of a suspicious death.
Chief Criminal Deputy Amy Bundy says detectives remain on scene and the investigation is ongoing. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
Investigators are asking for the public’s help in gathering surveillance video or other information that could assist the case. Law enforcement is specifically seeking footage showing any people or vehicles traveling in the area between 10:30 p.m. Friday and 7:00 a.m. Saturday.
That includes the 7000 block of Deer Park Road north to Highway 101, Township Line Road between Deer Park and O’Brien Road, and O’Brien Road from Township Line to Highway 101.
