PORT ANGELES – PAPD Officers arrested Shawn P. Deshazo, 46, Sunday morning for residential burglary after a resident in the 1700 block of W 10th Street reported that they woke up to find an unknown male in their house.
The victim told officers that Deshazo was found crouched near their young child and appeared to be hiding. After being told to leave and not responding, the victim physically removed him and called police.
A short time later, dispatch received reports of a male wandering through yards. Officers arrived in the area, located the Deshazo and took him into custody.
There is no evidence that the young child was harmed in any way.
