SEQUIM — It’s lavender season in Sequim, and that means three full days of blooming fields, music, food, and family fun. The Sequim Lavender Weekend kicks off Friday and runs through Sunday, drawing thousands of visitors from all over.
More than 20 local farms will be open, many with free admission. You’ll find U-cut lavender, games, mini-golf, scavenger hunts, and all kinds of activities for kids and adults alike.
The big centerpiece is Lavender Festival in the Park at Carrie Blake Park, with over 100 vendors, tons of lavender products, handmade goods, food trucks, and live music all weekend. And don’t miss Black Diamond Junction headlining Saturday night at 7 on the main stage.
There’s also live theater happening around town, an extended First Friday Art Walk, and the Sequim Farmers & Artisans Market downtown on both Saturday and Sunday.
