PORT ANGELES – Jury selection began yesterday in the triple murder trial of a Port Angeles man.
Hundreds of potential jurors were summoned to the Vern Burton Center for the start of the trial for 53-year-old Dennis Bauer. He is accused in the shooting and killing of 57-year-old Darrell Iverson; his son, 27-year-old Jordan Iverson; and Jordan’s girlfriend 26-year-old Tiffany May. Their bodies were found at the Iverson residence off Bear Meadow Road near Deer Park Road at the turn of the new year 2019.
Two other defendants in the case have plead guilty.
Bauer’s trial is expected to take six weeks. Only fully vaccinated people are being allowed in this jury pool.
