PORT ANGELES — The Clallam County Sheriff’s Office is renewing its call for help in locating a man who vanished last fall under unusual circumstances.
Thirty-five-year-old Loren T. Ciceri was last seen November 18th, after borrowing a motorcycle to meet a friend near the Elwha River. He never showed up.
The next day, the motorcycle turned up abandoned on Lower Elwha Road—just a short distance from his destination. His backpack and helmet were still there. Witnesses reported seeing a man believed to be Ciceri working on the bike, which later was found to have mechanical problems.
Ciceri is described as 5-foot-7, 115 pounds, with brown hair, hazel eyes, and a missing front tooth. He was last seen wearing dark clothing.
Investigators say he had been transient in the Port Angeles area for about two years.
