PORT ANGELES – There were no changes in local election results after another round of counting Friday.
The auditor’s office counted another 12-thousand ballots.
Those results showed all the candidates leading on election night last Tuesday still in the lead.
In some of the closer races, incumbent Clallam County commissioner Bill Peach extended his lead over Mike Doherty.
Dave Neupert continues to lead Suzanne Hayden by about 800 votes in the race for District Court One judge.
In a tight race for the other District Court Judgeship for the county’s west end, John Black now has a 15-vote lead over Erik Rohrer.
Jim Waddell maintains a 400-vote lead over incumbent PUD commissioner Ted Simpson.
Another 39-hundred votes will be counted on Tuesday.
Voter turnout now has topped 65 percent in Clallam County.
