The first time I ever saw Adam Richman was when he was the host of Man vs Food. It was his smile and childlike wonder at all things food that made me fall in love with him! Never in a million years did I think that I would have the opportunity to talk to him…let alone do it face to face…over the computer…but still…I got to see that face! This is, hands down, one of my FAVORITE interviews I’ve done. He and I felt like kindred spirits talking, and it’s the interaction you DON’T hear in this interview that will stay with me for a long time.
