The first time I ever saw Adam Richman was when he was the host of Man vs Food. It was his smile and childlike wonder at all things food that made me fall in love with him! Never in a million years did I think that I would have the opportunity to talk to him…let alone do it face to face…over the computer…but still…I got to see that face! This is, hands down, one of my FAVORITE interviews I’ve done. He and I felt like kindred spirits talking, and it’s the interaction you DON’T hear in this interview that will stay with me for a long time. Adam is back on the air with a new show, “Adam Eats The 80’s” which you can watch Sundays at 10pm on the History Channel! Today, Steph and Amanda have a special guest....MICHAEL from KOKOPELLI and Hook And Line! Besides his smiling face that he brought to the studio, he also came bearing gifts of Chowder, Gumbo, Seafood Sandwiches, Shrimp, and Fish! (no joke...this is some of the best food we have ever had!)
Amanda also opens up about her painful decision 7 years ago today to have a surgery that would change her life.
