In my opinion, Rawson Michael Thurber is a GENIUS!  As a writer and director he is best known for his 2004 hit comedy, “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story”, which I can almost quote verbatim.  That launched his career into high gear and after working on other movies such as Charlie’s Angels, The Fox sitcom, “The Loop”, and the adventure comedy The Mysteries of Pittsburgh, he hit comedy gold again in 2016 when he wrote and directed “We’re the Millers” with Jason Sudeikis and Jennifer Aniston…which I watched again this weekend…it still makes me laugh out loud.  His next two films were with Dwayne Johnson, Skyscraper and Central Intelligence…also starring Kevin Hart.  That brings us to the newest film he has written and directed…and collaborated with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson…”Red Notice”, which is now available on Netflix.  This comedy caper also stars Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot…making it one of the best looking casts ever assembled.  Oh…and it’ really good!  Like, really good with lots of surprises I didn’t see coming!
