Today is National Popcorn Day…and the crazy ‘kernels’ of the Morning Scramble are poppin with information! You’ve got your three main flavors of popcorn represented…Salty (Stan), Cheesy (Todd) and Buttery (Amanda). On today’s show, the crew talks about the idea of a breakfast chip, what’s happening in D.C.
